I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. I was able to leave my bags at the hotel before checking in, which was a huge convenience for me. The location of the hotel is also great, with an easy walk to the JR station and a streetcar stop right across the street. Plus, there's a supermarket and McDonald's nearby, perfect for those traveling with picky eaters.
The room size was a bit small, but it's to be expected from this type of hotel.

The location was so convenient, just a minute's walk from the tram stop, and I could easily access all the tourist attractions. The room, while small, was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. I loved that I could choose my own pillow and even received free pajamas. The staff was polite and friendly, and the hotel was kept clean. The highlight for me was the onsen, even though it was small, it was a great place to relax. The free breakfast was enjoyable, although the options were a bit limited. I had a great experience at Super Hotel Hakodate and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were polite and professional, and the small but clean rooms were perfect for our needs. The free breakfast provided was better than what you would expect at other hotels, with a good variety of options to choose from.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, with everything being more than okay.

We loved staying at this hotel, very conveniently located in the city. It only takes a short walk to the nearest tram stop, from which it is easy to go anywhere in this city. The staff was amazing, always cute us with a smile and ready to help with any questions we had.
Nothing not to love.

Great location next to transportation and dining, helpful staff, clean rooms. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to public transportation and an array of delicious dining options. The staff were always helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable.
Limited space for luggage, small onsen with restricted hours. The rooms were quite small, allowing for little space to store bulky luggage.

Convenient Location and Excellent Service A recent stay at a compact hotel in Hakodate proved to be a great experience during Easter break. the key location of the hotel allowed for easy walking access to attractions such as the morning fish market, shopping malls, and hiking trails. the friendly staff provided outstanding service which made the stay even better. the hotel also provided a mini breakfast buffet which was a bonus and the choice of pillows was a plus point.
Small Rooms With Limited Space the size of the hotel room was a downside as it lacked space to store luggage and even the bathroom was very small. Although the hotel provided excellent customer service and amenities such as a mini onsen, the lack of space made it slightly uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a complimentary breakfast included. It's a great location for exploring the city, only a short walk from the tram stop and 24-hour convenience store. The modern facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable, with a selection of pillows for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provides a decent start to the day.
The internet connection can be unreliable, and one public bath may not be sufficient for some guests.
